The name of the house is The Sanctuary located at road 13 sector 6 Uttara, Dhaka. It is a 5 storeyed semi commercial building having total usable space 2500 square feet per floor. Each Floor has single unit flat with 5 rooms, 4 wash rooms, one drawing room, one dining room, 1 kitchen and verandas.

It is located at very important areas of Uttara, Dhaka. There are some important educational institutes surrounding it including Rajuk Uttara Model School and College, Delhi Public School (DPS STS School) Dhaka campus, etc. Some other important entities are situated there are Kuwait Bangladesh Friendship Government Hospital, Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC), etc. RAJUK Regional Office and Dhaka Electricity Supply Company is also near to the Building.
